A Financial Cushion When Accidents Happen
Accident insurance pays cash benefits for the treatments and injuries associated with an accidental injury such as fractures, dislocations, burns, emergency room, urgent care visit, and physical therapy. If you or a covered family member suffers an accident, the plan will pay a lump sum benefit based on a predetermined schedule of benefits. By enrolling in the Accident plan, you and your covered family members are also eligible to receive an annual $50 Wellness Benefit for keeping up with your preventive care.

Voya will pay this benefit when you receive services that you’re likely already accessing as part of your preventive care routines. By simply filing a claim after receiving these services, you will receive $50, per insured, per year.

Fracture: Schedule up to $6,720
Hospital Admission: $1,250
Hospital Confinement: $275 per day, up to 365 days
Initial Physician Visit: $90
Laceration: Schedule up to $480
Organized Sports Benefit: Additional 25% of benefit, up to $1,000
Physical Therapy: $45 per visit, up to 6 visits per accident
Surgery: Schedule up to $1,200
Urgent Care: $225
X-ray: $75
Wellness Benefit: $50 per insured, per year
