Open Enrollment: November 10 – 21, 2025
Don’t Miss Your Chance to Enroll or Change Your Benefits
Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to make changes to your benefits for the upcoming year. The elections you make during Open Enrollment will remain in effect January 1 – December 31, 2026 unless you experience a qualified change in status (such as marriage, birth or adoption of a child, etc.).
Do I Need to Enroll?
This year, action is required if you want to maintain your benefits for 2026, including your medical, dental and vision coverage. Flexible Spending Accounts and the new voluntary offerings, including Voluntary Life/AD&D, all require active enrollments. Lastly, you can change your LTD tax option during open enrollment. If you don’t take action, you’ll have coverage in LTD and Basic Life/AD&D only.
Take Action!
Everyone must enroll for this year’s Open Enrollment. You need to enroll or decline benefit coverage by the deadline, or you and your family will not have benefits coverage beginning January 1, 2026.
Actions You May Take During Open Enrollment
- Change your current coverage
- Enroll in coverage you do not currently have
- Update your covered dependents and beneficiaries
- Enroll in Healthcare and Dependent Care FSA plans. Please Note: Your elections do not roll over from year to year. To participate, you must enroll or re-enroll annually.
